These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PointHub's website, NFC/QR experiences, AI-assisted draft tools, setup forms, physical cards, and related services.

By purchasing, accessing, or using PointHub, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Service

PointHub helps local businesses create NFC and QR-powered experiences that allow real customers to open review platforms, social platforms, contact channels, and AI-assisted draft content.

PointHub provides tools that make it easier for customers to share their own honest experiences. PointHub does not post content on behalf of customers.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

You agree to use PointHub only with real customers and genuine customer experiences.

You may not use PointHub to:

AI-generated text is provided as a starting point only.

We do not guarantee that any AI-generated draft is accurate, complete, compliant with a specific platform's rules, suitable for every customer, or appropriate for every business.

Customers are responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing only content that reflects their honest experience.

4. No Guaranteed Results

PointHub does not guarantee any specific number of reviews, posts, followers, views, leads, sales, revenue, rankings, or business results.

Results vary based on many factors, including business type, location, customer traffic, staff usage, customer willingness, platform rules, and market conditions.

5. Payment and Subscription

Unless otherwise stated, PointHub is provided as an annual service.

Prices, promotions, founding merchant offers, and included features may change over time. Any founding merchant price shown on the website applies only while available and only under the stated conditions.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you agree to the applicable payment provider's terms and policies.

6. Setup, Approval, and Shipping

After purchase, you may be asked to complete a setup form with your business information, review links, social links, and configuration preferences.

We will configure your PointHub experience and may send you a test link for review.

Physical NFC cards or related materials are shipped only after approval or completion of the required setup process. Unless otherwise stated, standard shipping begins within 3 business days after approval.

7. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the test link before physical card production or shipment, you may request a refund.

Once a physical card or related material has been approved, produced, customized, or shipped, fees may become non-refundable except where required by law.

PointHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Google, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Stripe, PayPal, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated.

Third-party platforms may change their policies, links, review filters, ranking systems, account rules, or posting requirements at any time. PointHub is not responsible for third-party platform decisions, removals, restrictions, suspensions, or changes.
