We do not require customers to create a PointHub account in order to use a tap or QR experience.

3. AI-Assisted Drafts
PointHub may use third-party AI service providers to help generate draft review or social post text.
AI-generated drafts are suggestions only. Customers are responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing their own content. Customers should only publish content that reflects their honest experience.
Users should not submit sensitive personal information, payment information, medical information, government identifiers, or other highly confidential information into AI prompts or draft fields.
